Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than TWO business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services. No any refund of payment is applicable for service provided/ not availed by the custommer.

There is no refund of payment at any case, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
